I provide reliable, personalised property care and relocation support for foreign homeowners, acting as your trusted local point of contact when you need it most.  I am based in Ponta Delgada, serving São Vicente · Fajã da Areia · Boaventura & surrounding areas.


About Me

Hi, I’m Lisa.


I’m Canadian with Portuguese roots, fluent in English and Portuguese, and I’ve lived in Madeira with my little family for the past two years.


After navigating the Portuguese system myself, I now help others settle in smoothly and care for their homes with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. I previously worked as a Marketing Director in Canada and in The UK and bring that same organisational and client-focused approach to my work here.

At Madeira Home Concierge, we specialise in supporting international homeowners who are not resident on Madeira year-round. We act as your trusted local point of contact, ensuring your property is cared for, protected, and ready whenever you return — without the stress of managing things from abroad.


Whether your home is empty for long periods or regularly welcoming visiting family and friends, we provide consistent oversight, clear communication, and reliable local coordination.


All packages are flexible and can be tailored to your needs.

Essential Care Package

€95 / month

Designed for overseas owners who want peace of mind knowing their property is being checked and maintained in their absence.


Includes:

  • Monthly interior and exterior property inspection 
  • Ventilation and water run-through to prevent issues 
  • Visual checks for leaks, damp, pests, or weather damage 
  • Photo report sent after each visit 
  • Emergency contact and coordination if an issue arises
     

Ideal for:
Homes that are vacant for extended periods and owners visiting once or twice per year.

Standard Care Package

€180 / month

Our most popular option, offering enhanced monitoring and local coordination for owners living abroad.


Includes everything in the Essential package, plus:

  • Bi-monthly property inspections 
  • Secure key holding 
  • Coordination with trusted local trades and service providers 
  • Storm and adverse weather checks when required 
  • Guest access support (key handover, utilities on/off) 
  • Priority response for urgent situations
     

Ideal for:
Second-home owners and families with occasional visitors.

Premium Concierge Package

€295 / month

A fully managed service for international owners seeking complete peace of mind. 


Includes everything in the Standard package, plus:

  • On-demand property checks 
  • Pre-arrival home prep before your visit 
  • Post-departure inspections after you leave the island 
  • Utility management (water, gas, electricity) 
  • Assistance navigating local services and bureaucracy 
  • Detailed updates & photo reporting
     

Ideal for:
High-value properties, frequent visitors, or owners who want a hands-off, worry-free solution.

Bespoke Concierge Services From

€35 / hour

Flexible, on-demand support for situations that require a trusted person on the ground.


Examples include:

  • Emergency call-outs 
  • Waiting for repairs, inspections, or deliveries 
  • Cleaning coordination 
  • Inventory and condition checks 
  • Furniture or appliance deliveries 
  • Local errands and administrative support

Custom monthly retainers are available for ongoing support.

RELOCATION & SETTLING-IN SERVICES

Starter Relocation Package

Full Settling-In Package

A comprehensive planning and arrival support package.


Includes everything in Starter, plus:

  • In-person welcome meeting on arrival 
  • Accompanied visits to key services (Bank, Finanças, Junta de Freguesia, SNS) 
  • Appointment scheduling for you (where possible) 
  • Guidance on residency/visa requirements 
  • Assistance with basic tax registration (e.g., Finanças) 
  • Local orientation tour (neighbourhoods, amenities, transport) 
  • Personalized checklist for smooth settling-in

Families or individuals ready to 

Premium Relocation + Home Setup

€1,295

 A turn-key relocation experience — perfect for busy professionals and families.


Includes everything in Full Settling-In, plus:

  • Rental property search assistance or neighbourhood reccos 
  • Help setting up utilities (electricity, water, waste) 
  • Support with property insurance 
  • Assistance with school information / childcare setup conversations 
  • Follow-up calls for 30 days post-move to ensure everything is running smoothly
     

Best for:
Those who want hands-on support from planning through to full settlement.

À La Carte Relocation Add-Ons

You can choose these alongside any package:


  • School/childcare support: €150 
  • First-month coordination support: €250 
  • Portuguese language coach setup: €120  
  • Vehicle registration & licence support: €220 
  • Local documentation translation assistance: €80 per hour 
  • Ongoing support retainer (monthly): €250/month

We own a home in Ponta Delgada and spend part of the yr in Poland. Lisa looks after our property as if it were her own. We trust her completely with the keys and rely on her for property checks, repairs, + guest arrivals. She’s professional, dependable, and her fluent Portuguese has been invaluable.
